WHAT TIME DOES THE GYM OPEN ?+
Our up-to-date opening hours are on the Contact Us page, so you always see the current times for the week ahead.
Do you offer day passes or trial sessions?+
Yes, we offer singular Day Passes for GBP15. We also offer bundle options of a 7-Day Pass, or a 30-Day Pass. You can also get in touch to book in an in-person tour of the gym.
Can I use the gym if I sign up today?+
Yes, when you join you will receive immediate confirmation of your membership via email.
Is there parking available?+
Yes, There is ample free parking to the front and side of the gym!
Can I come for a look around before joining?+
Yes, of course. You can book a tour through our booking system.
Do you have lockers at the gym?+
Yes we do! You just need to remember to bring a padlock!
How do I cancel my membership?+
